InstructionsHeat oven to 400°. Generously grease a 12 cup muffin pan. Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt into large bowl. Beat egg, milk, and butter in separate bowl. Quickly stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients just until flour is moistened. Spoon batter into muffin cups; bake until muffins are golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes. Serve warm, or cool on a rack. |
