InstructionsMelt chocolate over hot water in the top of a double boiler. Add next 4 ingredients. Stir in 1/4 cup of the water and cook over direct medium-low heat 1/2 minute. Add remaining water and milk. Cook only until hot, stirring to prevent a skin from forming over the top. Add vanilla extract. Serve hot.  |
