InstructionsCombine chocolate, sugar, butter, water, and salt in top of double boiler. Heat, stirring constantly, over simmering water until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat; stir in rum. Refrigerate glaze, covered, until thickened, 15 to 20 minutes. |
