InstructionsRemove zest from half of lemon with swivel-bladed vegetable parer; cut into 1/4 inch strips. Squeeze lemon juice into measuring cup; add zest. Pour off enough vodka from bottle to accommodate lemon mixture. Pour lemon mixture into vodka bottle; sealed tightly. Store lemon vodka and freezer at least 24 hours before serving; remove from freezer just before serving time. Serve in iced cordial glasses. |
