Mustard-Cheddar Spread

Barbecue with Beard, 1975

Ingredients

1	pound	sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
4	ounce	cream cheese
2	teaspoon	dry mustard
1	tablespoon	worcestershire sauce
1	tablespoon	chili sauce

Instructions

Mash the Cheddar cheese into the cream cheese and flavor it with the remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly, adding more chili sauce if necessary.
