InstructionsHeat oven to moderate temperature (375F). Place butter in baking dish and place in oven. Watch carefully while browning butter. Dip fish in beaten egg, then in crumbs. Coat well. Place each fillet in butter, turning to coat evenly. Season to taste. Bake 15 to 20 minutes. |
