InstructionsHeat oven to a medium temperature (350F). In a mixing bowl beat together eggs and sugar, using a wooden spoon, until pale and thick. Beat in melted margarine, matzoh-meal, cocoa powder, nuts and vanilla. Pour the batter into a greased 7x11-inch baking tin and bake in heated oven for about 20-30 minutes. Remove from oven, leave to cool, cut into squares and place in paper cases to serve. |
