InstructionsShake chicken pieces in paper bag with flour and seasonings. Melt butter in skillet. Add chicken; fry until golden brown. Turn pieces with tongs. Add barbecue sauce [1]. Use 1/2 cup to each pound of chicken. Cook slowly for 40 to 45 minutes. Turn pieces frequently. Serve on platter with sauce. |
