Texas Barbecued Chicken

Ingredients

3 1⁄2poundchicken (cut in pieces: bone-in)
3⁄4cupflour
1tablespoonsalt
1teaspoonpaprika
3tablespoonbutter (or margarine)
  barbecue sauce, texas style

Instructions

Shake chicken pieces in paper bag with flour and seasonings.

Melt butter in skillet. Add chicken; fry until golden brown. Turn pieces with tongs.

Add barbecue sauce. Use 1/2 cup to each pound of chicken. Cook slowly for 40 to 45 minutes. Turn pieces frequently. Serve on platter with sauce.
