Baked Marinated Potatoes

Ingredients

8mediumbaking potatoes
1⁄2 lemon (juiced)
1⁄2cupolive oil
3teaspoondried sage leaves (crushed)
2teaspoonmarjoram leaves (crushed)
2teaspoonsalt
1teaspoonground black pepper

Instructions

Wash unpeeled potatoes well. Cut half way through potatoes into 1/8"slices the entire length so potatoes are held together by uncut lower part. Place potatoes close together in 2" oven-proof deep pan. Mix remaining ingredients; pour over potatoes. Bake 1-1/2 hours at 375F, basting several times.
