Barbecued Baby Back Pork Ribs with Honey, Tamari and Orange Marinade

6poundbaby back ribs (1.5 pounds per person)
4cuphoney, tamari and orange marinade (i.e. a double recipe of)


Marinate the ribs from 24 to 48 hours, turning several times. Place in a baking pan (reserving the marinade in a bowl) and bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Place the baked ribs on a closed grill over medium hot coals and Grill 10 to 15 minutes per side, until glazed brown and tender. Carve off individual ribs to serve.


Preparation time does not include marinate time.
