Ingredients

2tablespoonbutter (room temperature)
1⁄2cupsugar
1 egg (room temperature)
2cupflour
2teaspoonbaking powder
1cupmilk
2cupblueberries

Instructions

Cream butter and sugar, and add egg. Mix and sift dry ingredients. Add alternately with milk to cream mixture. Fold in berries and steam 1-1/2 hours.
