Broiled Salmon Steaks

2poundsalmon steaks
2tablespoonlemon juice
1teaspoonrosemary leaves
3tablespoonsalad oil


Combine seasonings and oil (crush rosemary leaves with finger-tips), and let stand at room temperature for at least 1 hour; strain. Brush steaks with the oil mixture, and arrange on a preheated, greased broiler rack about 3 inches from flame. Broil 5 to 8 minutes or until slightly browned. Turn carefully, and brush other side with oil; cook 5 to 8 minutes longer, or until fish flakes easily. Serve promptly.


Preparation time does not include oil/rosemary marinating time.
