InstructionsWhisk vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and pepper in medium bowl until sugar is dissolved. Add cabbage, carrot, and cucumber; toss to coat with dressing. Refrigerate, covered, tossing occassionally, 4 to 6 hours. Serve chilled. |
