InstructionsCombine cream cheese, hazelnuts, blue cheese, Sherry, pomegranate seeds, Brandy and salt; stir until well mixed. Stuff about 1 teaspoon of the cheese mixture into each litchi nut. Refrigerate covered 1 hour. Garnish with watercress. Serve with crackers and cheeses. |
