Cheese Nut Stuffed Litchis

8ouncecream cheese (softened)
3tablespoonchopped hazelnuts
2tablespooncrumbled blue cheese
2tablespoondry sherry
2tablespoonpomegranate seeds
2canlitchi nuts (about 10 ounces each can, drained)
  assorted crackers and cheeses


Combine cream cheese, hazelnuts, blue cheese, Sherry, pomegranate seeds, Brandy and salt; stir until well mixed. Stuff about 1 teaspoon of the cheese mixture into each litchi nut. Refrigerate covered 1 hour. Garnish with watercress. Serve with crackers and cheeses.
