1 2⁄3cupchocolate syrup
2tablespoonsuperfine sugar
1cupheavy cream
3cupcold milk
1 1⁄2teaspoonvanilla
28ouncesoda water (chilled)
  whipped cream (for garnish)
  nuts, grated fine (for garnish)


Pour chocolate syrup, sugar, 1 cup heavy cream, milk, and vanilla into blender. Blend on high speed for 10-15 seconds. Divide mixture evenly into eight tall glasses filled with several ice cubes. Fill remainder of glass with soda water. Stir gently. Garnish each glass with a puff of whipped cream and sprinkle of finely grated nuts.
