Ingredients

8 ears fresh corn on the cob
2 eggs (well beaten)
2tablespoononion (grated)
1⁄4cupbutter (melted)
3⁄4teaspoonsalt
1dashpepper
3⁄4cupmilk

Instructions

Scrape the corn off the cobs in a large bowl. Add the eggs and onion, mixing well. Stir in the butter, salt, pepper, and milk. Place in a baking dish. Bake in a 350° oven for 40 minutes, or until set in the center.
