InstructionsGrease and flour eight to ten 9-inch square baking pans. In a large bowl combine all the dry ingredients until crumbly. Reserve 4 cups. In a separate bowl combine the eggs, milk, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well. Spread the batter into the prepared pans and sprinkle the reserved dry mixture over batter. Bake in a 375F oven until golden brown. Serve warm. |
