Ingredients

1	cup	old bay seasoning
1⁄2	cup	kosher salt
2	tablespoon	ground ginger
2	tablespoon	ground black pepper
2	tablespoon	garlic powder
1	tablespoon	dry mustard
1	tablespoon	yellow mustard seeds
1	tablespoon	dried thyme
1	tablespoon	onion powder
1	tablespoon	cayenne

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Use a fork to combine them into a homogeneous spice blend. Use immediately or store, well covered, for 6 months.
