Curried Turkey Lancaster

4cupturkey (cooked and cut into 1"cubes.)
2teaspooncurry powder
1⁄2cupgreen onions (chopped)
1cupcelery (chopped)
1teaspoonorange peel
1cupdry white wine
1cupsour cream
1⁄4cupwhole blanched almonds (toasted)
  hot buttered rice


Melt butter in large skillet. Stir in curry until foamy. Add onions and celery stirring until golden. Push to side of pan, add turkey chunks and sauté until golden. Add raisins, salt, orange peel and wine. Cover and simmer 25 to 30 minutes to blend flavors. Remove from heat; stir in sour cream. Top with toasted almonds. Serve over hot buttered rice.
