| InstructionsHeat oven to 350F. Place the chicken in a broiler-proof roasting pan and bake for 30 minutes; pour off the liquid. Pour the barbecue sauce over the chicken, distributing it evenly, then bake for another 20 to 30 minutes, or until the chicken is fork-tender and no pink remains, basting occadionally. Turn the oven to broil and leave the chicken under the broiler for 3 to 5 minutes to brown slightly. Serve immediately. | ||||||||
