Ingredients

1tablespoonvegetable oil
1 medium-size onion, chopped
1⁄4cupgreen pepper, chopped
3cuptomato sauce or purée
2teaspoonchile powder
  salt, to taste

Instructions

Wilt onion and green pepper in oil. Add tomato sauce or purée, chile powder, and salt. Cook for 10 minutes, or until well blended.
