Ingredients

1cupall purpose flour
1teaspoonsugar
1⁄2teaspoonbaking soda
1⁄4teaspoonsalt
2 egg whites
1cupbuttermilk
2tablespoonreduced-calorie margarine (melted)
  vegetable cooking spray

Instructions

Combine dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Combine egg whites, buttermilk, and margarine; stir into dry ingredients, mixing well.

Coat a skillet or griddle with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot. For each pancake, pour 2 tablespoons batter onto skillet. Turn pancakes when tops are bubbly and edges are slightly dry.
