Ingredients

2tablespoonsugar
1tablespooncornstarch
1⁄2cupwater
1tablespoonlemon juice
2cupfresh blueberries

Instructions

Combine sugar and cornstarch in a small saucepan; stir in water and lemon juice. Add blueberries; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 1 to 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until clear and thickened. Serve sauce warm over pancakes.
