Ingredients

10ouncefrench cut green beans (frozen is fine - thaw them.)
6tablespoonmedium dry sherry
1⁄4teaspoonsalt
2cupseasoned, crumb-type stuffing mix
1⁄4cupbutter (melted)
2ouncebleu cheese

Instructions

Place green beans into a lightly buttered flat 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons sherry and salt. Combine stuffing mix, melted butter and remaining sherry tossing lightly to blend. Crumble Bleu cheese; add to stuffing mixture. Spread lightly over beans. Bake uncovered in a 325F oven 25 to 30 minutes until topping is lightly browned.
