Grilled Turkey Breast with Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

1cupchunky peanut butter
1⁄2cupsoy sauce
1⁄2cupdark sesame oil
2largegarlic cloves (minced)
1tablespoonbrown sugar
1⁄2cupcider vinegar
1teaspoonred pepper flakes
2cupsour cream
6poundturkey breast

Instructions

Combine the peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, brown sugar, vinegar, red pepper flakes, and sour cream in the bowl. Spoon out half of the marinade to a separate bowl, cover, and refrigerate. Cook the turkey with the remaining marinade. Place the turkey in a large sealable plastic bag or a covered bowl, and marinate in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight.

Heat a charcoal or gas grill to medium-high. Grill the turkey breast for 45 to 60 minutes, turning every 10 to 15 minutes, until the meat reaches an internal temperature of 170°. After the first 20 minutes, baste the turkey with a little of the reserved marinade, if necessary. Slice the turkey and serve it hot, with remaining reserved marinade on the side.
