Homemade Herb Cheese

12ouncecream cheese (room temperature)
1⁄2cupbutter (room temperature)
3largegarlic cloves (minced)
1tablespoonchives (minced)
1 1⁄2teaspoondried chervil (crumbled)
1 1⁄2teaspoondried tarragon (crumbled)
1teaspoondried parsley (crumbled)
1⁄2teaspoondried thyme (crumbled)
1⁄4teaspoonground white pepper


Combine all ingredients in medium bowl and mix until smooth. Spoon into crock. Cover and chill. Bring to room temperature before serving.
