1⁄2cupfresh orange juice
1⁄4cupfresh lemon juice
2 cinnamon sticks (about 3 inches each - plus additional for garnish)
2teaspoonwhole cloves
1teaspoonnutmeg (freshly grated)


Combine cider, orange juice, lemon juice, sugar, 3 cinnamon sticks, the cloves and nutmeg in large heavy non-corrodible saucepan; heat over medium heat to boiling. Remove from heat; let cool slightly. Strain into heatproof stemmed glasses or mugs. Add a cinnamon stick to each glass and serve.
