Mustard Sauce

1⁄2cupdry mustard
2⁄3cupwhite vinegar
1 egg


Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender and blend until smooth. Pour mixture into top of a double boiler; bring water to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook, stirring constantly, about 7 minutes or until smooth and thickened. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
