InstructionsSift together flour, baking powder and salt. Combine the eggs, milk, fat, potatoes and onion. Add to dry ingredients and beat with rotary beater 30 seconds. Allow 3/4 c batter for each waffle. Bake in hot waffle iron until steaming stops, 3 to 4 minutes. |
