Sautéed Mushrooms

2tablespoonbutter (or margarine)
1tablespoononions (minced)
1⁄2poundmushrooms (sliced)
  black pepper
  lemon juice


Sauté onions in butter over medium heat for 2 minutes. Cover; sauté over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes. Turn off heat, but keep covered for an additional 4 or 5 minutes. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and a little lemon juice.
