Shirred Eggs

Ingredients

  butter
4tablespooncream
4 eggs
  salt
  ground black pepper

Instructions

1. Generously butter four ramekins.

2. Put a tablespoon of cream in each ramekin.

3. Break an egg into each ramekin and season to taste with salt and pepper.

4. Bake in a 325F oven for about 20 minutes or until set.
