Sour-Cream Waffles

Ingredients

1cupall-purpose flour
1 1⁄4cupcake flour
1⁄2teaspoonsalt
2teaspoonbaking powder
2tablespoonsugar
1cupsour cream
1cupbuttermilk
3 eggs
1⁄2cupvegetable oil

Instructions

Sift together both kinds of flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda and sugar. Pour sour cream, buttermilk, eggs and oil into blender. Blend at high speed 20 seconds. Pour dry ingredients into blender. Blend at medium speed 1 minute. Stop blender and scrape sides if necessary during blending. Heat waffle iron. Bake until waffles are medium brown.
