1cupskim milk
1⁄3cuporange juice
1 egg
1⁄4cupbrown sugar (firmly packed)
3⁄4cuppumpkin (mashed)
1teaspoonpumpkin pie spice


Pour milk into a 1-quart casserole. Microwave, uncovered, at high for 3 minutes. Remove from oven. Add orange juice and remaining ingredients; stir with a wire whisk. Cover with heavy-duty plastic wrap and microwave at high 4 minutes. Remove from oven and uncover; stir well. Pour mixture evenly into individual dessert dishes. Chill thoroughly.
