InstructionsMix flour and sugar in medium bowl. Cut in lard until mixture resembles coarse meal. Beat milk and egg yolk in cup. Stir into flour mixture with fork; gather dough into ball. Refrigerate, wrapped in plastic wrap, at least 30 minutes. |

NotesYou could also use a solid vegetable shortening instead of lard in this recipe. Make sure that the vegetable shortening his cold. |
