Ingredients

1 3⁄4cupwater
1cupketchup (plus 2 tablespoons)
1⁄3cupworcestershire sauce
1 1⁄2teaspoonred pepper
1teaspoonpaprika
1teaspoondry mustard
3⁄4teaspoongarlic salt
3⁄4teaspoononion powder
3⁄4teaspoonpepper

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Cook, uncovered, over medium heat 20 minutes; stir occasionally. Use to baste chicken or ribs.
