Ingredients

2poundnew potatoes (pared)
2sprigdill
4tablespoonunsalted butter (cut into small pieces, softened)
2tablespoonfresh dill (finely chopped)
  salt

Instructions

Place potatoes in salted water to cover in medium saucepan; add dill sprigs. Cover; heat to boiling over high heat. Reduce heat to medium; cook until potatoes are tender when pierced with skewer, about 20 minutes.

Drain potatoes; discard dill sprigs. Place potatoes in warmed serving dish;.with butter. Toss potatoes to coat with butter; sprinkle with chopped dill and salt to taste. Serve immediately.
