1gallonhot tea (not too strong)
1⁄2cupmaple syrup
1⁄4cuplemon juice
  lemon slices
  mint sprigs


Combine the tea and maple syrup. Set aside to cool. Refrigerate until thoroughly cold. Add the lemon juice, lemon slices, and ice. Place a mint sprig at the top of each class.


Preparation time does not include refrigeration time.
