Avery Butter Sauce

Ingredients

1⁄4cupbutter (or margarine)
1teaspoonsalt
1teaspoondry mustard
1teaspoonpaprika
2teaspoonwater
2tablespoonlemon juice
1⁄4teaspoontabasco sauce

Instructions

Melt butter or margarine over low heat. Stir in other ingredients one at a time until incorporated. Spoon onto cooked hamburgers.

Notes

A variation of this sauce substitutes orange juice for the lemon juice and/or minced parsley for the paprika.
