Baked Mushrooms

12mediummushrooms (wiped clean, stems removed and chopped)
  olive oil
1⁄2cupseasoned breadcrumbs
1⁄4cupblack olives (chopped)
6tablespoonmarinara sauce
3tablespoonparmesan cheese (freshly grated)


Heat oven to 350F. Roll each mushroom cap in small amount of olive oil and place on baking sheet or dish. Combine remaining ingredients including stems and divide evenly among mushrooms. Bake 10 minutes, just to heat through.
