Ingredients

1⁄4cuplemon juice
1teaspoonred wine vinegar
3⁄4teaspoondijon-style mustard
1clovegarlic (minced)
1⁄4teaspoonsalt
1⁄2cupvegetable oil
  ground black pepper

Instructions

Combine lemon juice, vinegar, mustard, garlic and salt in small bowl. Whisk in oil in slow steady stream. Season to taste with pepper.
