Brandied Walnut Pie

Ingredients

1 best ever pastry shell (single shell)
1cupdark brown sugar (packed)
2largeeggs
1 1⁄5cupbutter (melted)
1teaspoonpure vanilla extract
3tablespoonbrandy
1⁄4teaspoonsalt
2cupwalnuts (coarsely chopped)
  sweetened whipped cream

Instructions

Prepare pastry shell and set aside. In large bowl, combine brown sugar, eggs, butter, vanilla, brandy and salt. Beat for 2 minutes and stir in walnuts. Pour into unbaked pastry shell. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until filling it set. Serve with sweetened whipped cream.
