Maple-Fried Corn

Ingredients

3cupcorn kernels (preferably fresh or frozen)
1⁄2cuponion (chopped)
1⁄8teaspoonground cinnamon
1⁄4teaspoonsalt
3tablespoonreduced-calorie maple syrup
3tablespoonskim milk

Instructions

Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot. Add corn and onion, and saute 5 minutes. Combine cinnamon and remaining ingredients. Add to corn in skillet, and cook over medium heat 20 minutes, stirring frequently.

Notes

If you don't mind the extra calories and fat, you can use whole milk and regular maple syrup.
