InstructionsCoat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot. Add corn and onion, and saute 5 minutes. Combine cinnamon and remaining ingredients. Add to corn in skillet, and cook over medium heat 20 minutes, stirring frequently. |

NotesIf you don't mind the extra calories and fat, you can use whole milk and regular maple syrup. |
