Ingredients

1tablespoondry mustard
3tablespoonmaple sugar (grated - or another kind of sugar)
1teaspooncelery seeds
1teaspoonsalt
3⁄4teaspoonred pepper flakes (or to taste)
1teaspoonground black pepper
1cuptarragon vinegar

Instructions

Combine mustard, sugar, celery seeds, salt, red pepper, and black pepper. Stir into vinegar and boil for about 5 minutes.
