Strawberry Bavarian Cream

3ouncestrawberry flavor gelatin
2cuphot water
1cupheavy cream (whipped)
1pintstrawberries (sliced)


Combine gelatin and hot water according to package directions. Chill until syrupy.

Fold in whipped cream and strawberries. Turn into sherbet or parfait glasses or chill 1 quart mold until set.


Variation: Raspberries or other fruit may be substituted for strawberries.
