InstructionsHeat oven to 375F. Place seeds in ovenproof skillet or baking sheet with raised edges (such as a jellyroll pan). Rub vegetable oil on hands; rub seeds lightly to coat with oil. Bake 15 minutes, shaking pan occasionally. Sprinkle salt and curry powder over seeds; toss to mix well. Continue baking until crisp and golden brown, about 5 minutes. |
