Ingredients

1⁄3cupred wine vinegar
1⁄2teaspoonsalt
1⁄8teaspoonground black pepper
1⁄3cupolive oil
1⁄3cupwalnut oil
1teaspoonfresh parsley (minced)
1teaspoonfresh chives (minced)

Instructions

Whisk vinegars, salt, and pepper in medium bowl. Whisk in olive and Walnut whales and slow steady stream. Stir in parsley and chives.
